The only reason i have four stars to the location is it is not in the center of district 1 but it is still good because it is right next to the Binh Than market and only 10 minute walk to the cathedral, post office, and opera house. And four stars for facilities only because the small size of the hotel. Maybe alagon will use the Zen's concept for larger properites in future. Now that would be awesome!!

Great place. You wont regret it! The hotel is clean, the staff is very helpful and the service is excellent. The breakfast also very good. I like the Pho provided in breakfast. The location of hotel also good, you can reach the Ben Thay market by walking distance.

After 10 weeks of travelling South East Asia, myself and my boyfriend wanted to stay somewhere nice but still budget friendly, and the service at Roseland Centa completely exceeded our expectations. The room itself was small but perfect for two nights any longer we would have upgraded , they were spotless, had decent TV channels and a gorgeous bathroom.

Oh and we had two perfect nights sleep. We wished that we had more time for a spa package, especially considering the great discounts offered to hotel guests. Breakfast was lovely, great choices and we ordered room service one night which was also nice. Nothing compares to the generosity of the staff, they are extremely attentive, always there to help and not only that but they really take and interest and want to have a chat with you.

Don't be put off as it is truly well located, quiet and the rooms apartments are huge by normal hotel standards. We stayed at the 23 floor in the king club room. The room is spacious and the decor is modern and chic. They pro They provide a turndown service and the housekeeping staff is well trained to add small touches when they clean the room for example keeping shoes in one line , it feels home when you come back to room after sightseeing. The breakfast is ellaborate and what is more interesting is that they change few dishes including the local ones on a frequent basis so if you stay like us for more than a night, it will be a sigh of relief for your taste buds to try something new.

Staff are well trained and willing to assist. Our best experience was with nikko club lounge situated on 23 floor where the views over the city are spectacular and the staff is extremely courteous and efficient including all the trainees who made us feel very special.

I would recommend to book a room that has a lounge access , every extra dime you will pay is totally worth it. The staff in the nikko club lounge are so well trained and know how to deliver the first class standard of service.

They also helped me arranging a cake for my husband and help me arrange a surprise for him. The hotel is truly a gem in district 1 of ho chi minh!

It is slightly away from the touristic madness of city but if you fancy something wild the backpacker's street bui vien is walking distance from the hotel. The other landmarks cathedral, post office etc are also not too far and you can order a grab for quite cheap rate.

Food is expensive for Vietnam, mo Food is expensive for Vietnam, more London prices, however there are plenty of places around about including a Starbucks across the road.

We stayed 3 days, on the first two days we were on trips with breakfast provided, so we just paid for breakfast on the last day which was very nice. We also ate in the long bar which was good western food we were at the stage of needing a break from Pho. Location is perfect. First time booking after getting bored with the otherwise excellent 2 or 3 hotels I regularly use. Peaceful ambiance hits you straight away in the lobby. Complementary drink, sweets and cold towel when checking in and the also gave me a complementary room upgrade to Corner Room.

Room service was quick min , and unlike other reviewers, the pho arrived hot. You could not find a more central location as it boarders the intersection of the Saigon CBD's two main streets. Thankfully, after a smooth check-in, we found that the rooftop bar was open till about 2am so we managed to get a couple of drinks before bed. The room is clean and quite comfortable with all the amenities you would find in a good 4 star hotel.
