My wife doesn't like things too sweet and also said they were too sweet with an aftertaste of sweetness, and prefers the less sweet gummy bears.

But she also says the same of the candy that I don't think is too sweet. I think I'll just go back to the normal chewy haribo bears due to the strong sweetness in these and continue my search. Though I'll probably still finish the bag today. But other people may just feel its extra flavorful. Therefore, I think this small inexpensive bag is well worth a test. I like to think of myself as a gummy expert. Ok, that sounds a bit pretentious, but I love a good gummy candy.

Until I discovered Albanese, Haribo were my go-to gummy. The store Fleet Farm in the north sells these in large bags, but they aren't marked as "albanese", just Fleet Farm gummies. I love these gummy bears but this is the first time I have ordered from amazon. They still had their bear shape but no features as if they had gotten hot and melted a bit. All of the bears tasted the same, like the flavors melded together into one non-distinct flavor.
