Had taken just the magnesium one, but changed to this one with more bone health ingredients --also a balance of minerals. Also wanted to take something to help with nighttime leg cramps. Pros pleasant taste, seems to help with nighttime leg cramps, I prefer to take this way powdered , can adjust how much I want to take, and I think the ionic way is more advantageous than a pill.
