As of the past year, nearly all my orders have had a hitch or a problem. This is well over two weeks ago. I have contacted the supplied customer service email four times, and all correspondence has been ignored.
My past several orders have shipped either; horribly late, has had multiple items cancelled for being out of stock, or again, no correspondence from customer service. The funds have been deducted from my account, I have no products, and I am unsure if I will even receive my order. My order still says awaiting shipment. I've sent 6 inquiries with no response. Like another reviewer mentioned, the money has already been taken out of my account. My advice is to avoid. No stars an option?
Ordered 2 bottles of liquids 8 days ago. Credit card charged quickly but since the initial order day there has been no response, even to inquiries and no shipment updates, no processing updates, or any general fulfillment info. Advice is to avoid. How to ask for feedback from customers: Three sample emails. Tempted to buy Google reviews? Horrible customer service. Sent wrong product and have been e-mailing for 8 days without reply trying to get the correct product. Will not shop with this firm again and would not recommend.
No Customer Service. Shipping time was great, but the item is not as described on the website. I have emailed and tried to call, but the phone number has a constant busy signal. I would hope that someone sees this and will get in touch with me regarding my order. Thank you. I really hate leaving remarks on a company, but i was, still am hurt, over an order i placed.
I talked to Post Master and was told any claim had to be filed by shipper. I called and was told "We are an internet based company and when it says delivered, we end it" but after several calls bugging them i was told they would look into filing a claim. Another call or two and getting angry, Super saver agreed to file.. BUT i got an email said they filed but because it was not done in a timely manner 7 days it would probably be denied.
In the mean time i am out the money the product and not to happy! Although they have good prices and seem like by reading other posts do a good job. Now I rarely have a hard time with deliveries, and less of a problem when a order does not arrive.
So It may not be their fault, They just wont work with you for you, and don't care if you are out the money, out the product, THEY just keep saying they are an internet based company and don't have any control on shipping!!! I know i have researched it with everyone including the Post Carrier, who said it happens a lot because they are in a hurry and make mistakes.
BUT he also said they do have insurance, they dont want to use as it might raise their pricing if to many claims When a company does not want to do anything to help it leaves a SOUR bitter feeling with you. Especially when the insurance was their, but because no one wants to act it is taken away. I guess what I am saying is if an order is left at the wrong place or you don't get it, there is no help on their end for you.
I am only one customer, but it sure hurts when you feel you are not worthy of follow up, belief, support and all that frustration and feeling, I the customer am out the material , money and NOT CARED about!
