Wrote about the CBD oil for pets I received. Product looked strange. Company offered discount and would not refund or offer refund on 2nd bottle. The CBD oil I received was a Medi-pets brand and I stated the product with a milky white liquid and not like any CBD I had used before and the dropper did not function properly to measure the dosage.
All CBD oil I have ordered for my pet has almost been a light amber color and was an actual oil. The only response I got was that the product had been opened and could not be returned for refund and offered me a coupon to buy something else from them. They did not even address my questions about the oil itself so I don't think they care what they sell and whether or not this is the way the product normally should look.

So one day at the end of August, Valmore calls and says hey your machine should be going out Monday and you will get your tracking number Tuesday. I waited all day Tuesday and still no tracking number. I called him Wednesday to tell him that I still have not received a tracking number, he states that don't worry, I will get someone to send it to you.
So I wait again, still no tracking number. So I call him again the following Monday. This time no answer. I'm by this time, fed up, but still waiting. So finally I call him last week on September 13th he informs me that he no longer works for the company, but he was heading into get his last check and he would try to find out where it was.
He then text me to say that they wouldn't give him any information on the status and that I would have to call them. So I did, I eventually made contact with his replacement, and he assured me that he would call me by the end of business Friday. I did not get that call. I have been calling constantly for the last 4 days and I only get a message that says we are extremely busy please leave a message and we will return your call. I'm not leaving a message because they can't even return calls when you talk to a live person.
At this point I send a email to their support line and I get a response that says they have an agent working on my complaint. I then email today asking for the status of my refund, because at this point that's what I want. A full refund for all slushy mix that was purchased. I have tried to resolve this on my own, but I unfortunately have been unsuccessful. Please assist me with acquiring my refund as they have continued to avoid and lie to me about this.
