Classes can be taken as credit or non-credit and are open to all community members. Campus Recreation is here to help you reach your fitness and wellness goals , whatever they might be. We offer a variety of programs including GroupEx, personal training, fitness testing, workshops, classes, athletic training and more. Looking for a little more competition? Try a sports club! Sports clubs differ from other campus athletic programs by providing opportunities for certain sports that are not offered through intercollegiate athletics.
However, sports clubs compete against other schools, unlike intramural sports. Sports clubs are generally competitive, practice two or three times per week and have coaches. All interested students are invited to tryout.
Recreation clubs are special-interest activity clubs that are open to the entire campus students and employees. These clubs are organized to present social interaction, skill development and occasionally less competitive activities. You can join a recreation club any time during the year and participate in any of their special events, meetings, social gatherings and competitions.
